We have used BinZter twice in a month. The Bin arrives early and right where we want it! The cost is very reasonable. We have used other bin companies and got junk, BinZter is significantly more economic and the team are friendly and professional. Website very easy to use. Response time is amazing, less than 24 hours even on the weekend.

I called Binzter on Monday looking for a 7 yard bin for dirt removal. The bin was dropped off next day on time and before schedule. No other company I spoke with would have been able to get a bin to me that fast. Henry was beyond helpful and informative on the size of bin I needed for the job. When they arrived the bin was placed perfectly and they took care to protect my asphalt driveway with the proper protective equipment. When I was done with the bin they came same day to pick it up and you couldn’t even tell it was on the driveway. The access to the driveway was tight but the Binzter driver was able to manoeuvre and get the bin where it needed to go. I will be giving this company 5 stars based off excellent customer service, punctuality and professionalism. Not to mention it was the cheapest bin that was quoted to me. Beyond happy with the service.

We have used Henry and his team a few times, and he will always be our go-to for bin rental. He treats us with such respect and professionalism. We had (have) a bin for a week, and the time was up. The weather hadn't really cooperated with the cleanup we wanted. There's nothing he could do about the weather, now could he? He is letting us keep the bin over the weekend, no extra cost. That should do it! See you Monday! (and see you again when we next need a bin)

From the initial phone call to the drop off was amazing:) We had problems with the removal of our dirt (they pushed us back) Henry was accommodating and super positive and helpful. He even called the day after bin was drop off to see how everything was. Mark (who dropped of the bin) was friendly and helpful. Used BinZter to rent a bin to do a major clean up of the house. Called them a week in advance, they went through the sizes of the bins, explained everything and they took the information they needed. Delivery was fast and painless. Did not even have to be home for delivery or pickup. Very convenient! would not have been able to get the clean up done without it. Highly recommend them. Price was great!

I cannot say enough good things about Binzter! I will be using them again and recommend them 100%. We had so many hiccups and set backs and it was never, ever a problem. We were never made to feel like the nuisance we know we were! They absolutely went above and beyond and I know we would never have been given that quality of service from another company. AND the bins were really well maintained!The excellent quality of service started from the moment I called for a quote. I had a tone of questions and Henry patiently worked through them all with me. Helping me with calculations and encouraging me to shop around and also gave me advice on what to ask other companies so I didn’t get caught in any smoke and mirrors. From that exchange I knew I had already found the company I was going to use - Binzter!Henry was so accommodating! We had a difficult situation with bin placement and they were able to manoeuvre it like it was a compact car to get it into position.We got the two bins on a Friday morning and by Friday around 3pm we knew we needed another. It was too late in the day, but we needed that bin and although it wasn’t ideal, Henry made it happen for us! They picked up a bin earlier that was on our lawn and moved the empty bin from our neighbours lawn onto ours so it would be easier for us to fill, then took the full bin away. They dumped that and brought it back and took away the other full bin. There was a lot of jostling and moving bins about and they were at our place three times that day and never once were we made to feel like we were the headache that we knew we were lol.When it was time to pick up the bin on Monday we had another set back where gravel was dumped in front of it. I called and the driver was on route. Henry called the driver immediately and put a hold on the pick up, moving it to the following day.They were so helpful and really really professional. 100% they are absolutely about customer service. I would recommend Binzter in a heartbeat!!!!

Henry!!! All I can say is if you need to rent a bin ask for him!!! Henry was knowledgeable and helped me out so much. Took basically 100% of the work upon himself and communicated with the contractor to complete the job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer for life!!! Thanks again
